Donor Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you donate through Ghost Zero Sports, software run by Ghost Zero Systems of Utah ("Ghost Zero Sports," "we").

1. Your gift

You may give any amount from $5. Your gift goes to the league or club named on the donation page, under that league's split. Part of every gift covers Ghost Zero Sports's platform fee and Stripe's processing fee. You receive nothing in return for your gift.

2. Tax status

Most amateur leagues and clubs are not 501(c)(3) charities. Unless your receipt names the organization as a 501(c)(3) and shows its EIN, your gift is a gift to the league and is not tax-deductible. Ghost Zero Sports does not verify tax status beyond what the league enters and does not give tax advice. Please ask your tax advisor.

3. How the league uses your gift

The league decides how to use your gift. Ghost Zero Sports does not control or guarantee its use.

4. Refund policy

• Mistakes. If you gave the wrong amount or gave twice by accident, email within 30 days and we will refund it, as long as the league has not already spent or withdrawn it. If the funds have already been transferred, we will ask the league to approve the refund.
• Everything else. Donations are otherwise final. A league may choose to refund a gift at its discretion.
• Fees. A full refund returns the full amount you paid.
• Timing. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Please contact us before disputing a donation with your bank.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ghost Zero Sports's total liability to you is limited to the amount of your gift.
