Sponsor Terms

These terms apply when you buy a sponsorship through Ghost Zero Sports, software run by Ghost Zero Systems of Utah ("Ghost Zero Sports," "we"). Your sponsorship agreement for benefits is with the league or club you sponsor ("the league"). Ghost Zero Sports processes the payment and runs the software.
1. What you are buying
You are buying the sponsorship package described on the checkout page, for the league, a club, or an individual player. Each package has a minimum price and you may choose to pay more. Part of every payment covers Ghost Zero Sports's platform fee and Stripe's processing fee. The rest goes to the league and any club under the league's split.
2. Approval and refund
Your payment is held until the league approves your sponsorship. The league reviews your logo and business details within the approval window shown at checkout (currently [7] days).
- If the league approves, the funds are released to the league and you receive an approval email.
- If the league rejects you, or does not decide in time, you receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After approval, refunds follow the league's refund terms shown on the package. Ask the league first. If the league agrees to a refund, we will process it.
3. The league delivers the benefits
The league, not Ghost Zero Sports, is responsible for delivering what the package promises, such as kit placement, signage, social posts or announcements, and for meeting its print and production deadlines. 4. Your logo and details
You confirm that:
- the business name, contact details and description you give are accurate and yours to give
- you own your logo and any images you upload, or have permission to use them
- your business is lawful and is not a type the league or Ghost Zero Sports prohibits
You grant the league and Ghost Zero Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, resize and display your logo, name and description for the sponsorship season you bought, in the uses the package lists and on the league's Ghost Zero Sports pages. This includes printed items made during the season, which may stay in use after it ends, such as a jersey. We will remove your logo from Ghost Zero Sports pages within 30 days after the season ends if you ask.
5. No audience guarantees
Neither the league nor Ghost Zero Sports guarantees any number of viewers, visitors, impressions, leads, sales, game attendance or results. Any audience figures shown are estimates.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact the league or us before disputing the charge with your bank. A dispute filed while a refund is already in progress can delay it.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ghost Zero Sports's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the sponsorship in question.
